Jog around gym + "Roxanne" burpees
5-10:00 spent where your members are most sore. Most people should spend more time rolling their lats as most people have poor tissue quality there which in turn effects their OH positioning
1) Bench Press, close grip: 4 x 5, adding. Rest 60s.
2) Bent-over Rows: 4 x 6, adding. Rest 60s.
20 Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20)
L2: (15 BBJ)
L1: (Run 400-600) (15-20 Burpees)
