Weighted Step-ups (5×10)
(back rack) (20/16 or about 90 degrees)
-strict will be defined as using just one leg at a time for Strength purposes
-you will start with the right leg on the box and leave it on the box for the full 10 reps
-perform each rep by pulling up with the right leg and not pushing off the ground with the left
-3 second negatives always to build muscle
-after performing 10 on right then perform 10 on left leg
-Use a moderate weight today building a little each set – we will add more weight next week
